About

Hank is an extremely well bred, unraced horse who shows all of the athleticism for the upper levels of Eventing. He is a big, well built horse with three exceptional gaits, impressive scope and form over fences and a puppy like personality. He has no vices and is a pleasure to have in the barn as well as easy to manage in turnout. He keeps great weight on very little grain and is currently training in front shoes.

Hank has confidently schooled of Novice XC. He competed in a few unrecognized and one recognized event at BN before he sustained a pasture injury in August 2023. He was thoroughly rehabbed and is not expected to have any limitations but he fell far back in the queue to come back into training and had much more time off than prescribed. He has remained somewhat on the back burner but has been back in work, being ridden a few times a week for the past several months.

While Hank is uncomplicated to ride, his athleticism and scope makes him a great young horse for an experienced young rider or an up and coming pro to bring up the levels. He is bold, brave, careful and will be competitive in all three phases.
