Sir Thorin is more than ready to get his second career started! He retired sound and purchased by OTS but then strained a muscle between his hind legs in turnout and after being carefully rehabbed he has ended up a ways back in the que for horses coming in to start training. “Nougat” came from the racetrack barefoot and has remained that way without any discomfort. He was ridden in the arena a few times for evaluation last year and has hacked out a few times but has intentionally been kept eligible for the 2024 Tb Makeover. Nougat has impressive gaits, moves uphill, is a clean slate and could easily excel in Eventing, Hunters, Jumpers, or Dressage! He is quiet and easy to handle on the ground. He is an easy keeper and accustomed to living out 24/7 in a herd but was also happy to be in a stall while rehabbing. He has gained a lot of weight and just needs to slowly start putting on that top line after being turned out for about a year! This is a super nice horse being offered at a lower price due to a minor and manageable stable vice.
