Mo has extensive miles at Prelim. He is very competitive in Dressage and has a nearly flawless Cross Country record. He is a winner at Training and has competed at the AEC’s at both Training and Prelim. He also has USDF scores in the high 60’s at First and Second Level. He is very rideable on the flat and the most polite and enjoyable horse to gallop. Mo was intended to be my personal upper level event horse. He has been touted by a plethora of 5* riders as a horse who has no athletic limitations. Mo has proven that he will do absolutely anything that is asked of him. He is being offered to only the perfect home as I have finally come to terms with the fact that Mo doesn’t show the desire to compete at the highest levels of the sport.
Mo is an extremely kind animal. It would be any amateur or junior rider’s privilege to be taken care of by this horse. Anybody would be lucky to share a partnership with him as I have for the past 5 yrs. He is easily managed at home and at shows, either hauling in or stabling. He has no vices, hauls stress free, keeps a clean stall and turns out with anybody. He doesn’t even loose shoes or rip blankets. He’s had no history of injury and no soundness issue. He is easily handled by children, even at shows. Mo is a smiling face in the barn and has turned me into the treat giver that I never was. Mo has taken inexperienced friends and my non jumping husband XC schooling and on Hunter paces. On a family glamping trip, he swam in a quarry and tolerated a close by fireworks show. He and I have a tradition of riding bareback to his field when we get home from a show. Mo is not a horse, but a unicorn.
Selling Mo is something I never thought I’d do but I have realized that it is only selfish of me to keep him. I am looking for his forever person that would enjoy a lower level eventing packer, straight dressage, trail riding, hunter paces and/or fox hunting.
I would consider a lease, lease to own or purchase but only the perfect situation will suffice.
